bcm27xx: update dwc_otc driver with new kthread_complete_and_exit name
Kernel 6.1 renamed and moved complete_and_exit to
kthread_complete_and_exit.
This was just a rename and nothing is changed implementation wise.
Update to the new symbol name to fix compilation error.
