generic: backport fix for #nvmem-cell-cells false warning
Recent backport of NVMEM layout support as well as acommpanying OF changes
introduced a false #nvmem-cell-cells warning as #nvmem-cell-cells are
fully optional.
So, backport an upstream fix for this.
