ramips: remove config-4.14 for mt7621/mt76x8
mt7621 and mt76x8 subtargets have been moved to kernel 5.4 and their
DTS(I) files are incompatible to kernel 4.14.
Remove the corresponding kernel config files to signal that more
boldly and to prevent accidentally patching the wrong kernel when
pulling in older config patches.
