ipq40xx: disable non-building tel(co Electronics) x1pro
Tel(co Electronics) X1 Pro is preventing ipq40xx generic
from building due to the KERNEL_SIZE.
Whenever bigger kernels are possible, if lzma is supported
is unknown.
