realtek: rtl838x: label switch port dts nodes
Although PHY nodes are labeled, the port nodes were not. Labeling of
ports is useful for 'status = "disabled"' ports, which is supported
since commit 9a7f17e11f5d ("realtek: ignore disabled switch ports")
