kernel: sort generic configuration
This was done by executing these commands:
$ ./scripts/kconfig.pl '+' target/linux/generic/config-6.1 /dev/null > target/linux/generic/config-6.1-new
$ mv target/linux/generic/config-6.1-new target/linux/generic/config-6.1
