+[ARM] Kirkwood: CPU idle driver
+
+The patch adds support for Kirkwood cpu idle.
+Two idle states are defined:
+1. Wait-for-interrupt (replacing default kirkwood wfi)
+2. Wait-for-interrupt and DDR self refresh
+
