- made kpsion SIBO-aware

 - Added SIBO-related stuff in PsiTime
 - Added new class PsiProcess, renamed rpcs:queryDrive to queryPrograms
   and changed it accordingly
 - Adapted kspion, plpbackup, plpnfsd and plpftp to use queryPrograms
 - Several cleanups in rfsv16
