Simplifying build instructions for GCC backend
Suggest the use of GCC's download_prerequisites for setting up gmp, mpfr, mpc
directly in the source tree. This is actually GCC's recommended way of
getting them (see https://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/InstallingGCC).
