Update Starting_with_GHDL.rst (#74)
* Update Starting_with_GHDL.rst
Add option "--workdir=work" for the command "$ ghdl -r --workdir=work dlx_test_behaviour"
This avoid the error message "ghdl: cannot find entity or configuration dlx_test_behaviour"
