* Improve Animation docs with example
- example to reduce flash footprint of animations using RGBLIGHT_EFFECT_ defines
* Re-order the effects list

* Organize Animation Defines Into Groups
* Use the RGB EFFECT recommended by mtei in docs
- has the most modes, and STATIC_LIGHT can't really be disabled.
* Use more accurate titles for effects and animation
- accidentally put a toggle in settings
