* add temporary test shell-spript

* Use LINK_TIME_OPTIMIZATION_ENABLE instead of Link_Time_Optimization

* Helix config.h use '#pragma once'

* Helix helix.h,rev?/rev?.h,pico/pico.h use '#pragma once'
