All targets are bumped to 5.15. Remove the old 5.10 patches, configs
and files using:
find target/linux -iname '*-5.10' -exec rm -r {} \;
Further, remove the 5.10 include.

Kernel 5.10 receives the complete set of improvements from 5.11/5.12.
While we are at it, move the patches accepted upstream to the 0xx series.
