sunxi: add testing Linux 5.10

Add testing Linux kernel 5.10 for sunxi targets.

Removed patches were replaced by upstream commits:

- 443-board-h6-orangepioneplus-fix-missing-ethernet.patch
   7ee32a17e0d65 arm64: dts: allwinner: h6: orangepi-one-plus: Enable ethernet

Run tested on friendlyarm,nanopi-neo (allwinner,sun8i-h3), looks all good.
