layerscape: update ls-rcw to latest LSDK-20.04
Update ls-rcw to latest LSDK-20.04. Update patch 0001 with a new one. Drop patch 0002 since it had been integrated. Signed-off-by: Yangbo Lu <yangbo.lu@nxp.com>
