Attached patch uses calloc() for hash allocation.
This makes sure, the allocated memory is always initialized.
Also cleanup error handling a bit.
On *BSD avoid conflicts with BSD list macros.

Makefile:
Add xenstore subdirectory.
Remove xs_stress on clean.
