libxl: Rerun flex
This undoes some systematic changes which were made to libxlu_cfg_l.[ch] along with manually-edited files (eg, whitespace changes, emacs local variables) and returns these two files to exactly the output of flex (Debian squeeze 2.5.35-10 i386).
