Subject: [PATCH] dts: ipq4019: add mdio node for ethernet

This patch adds the mdio device-tree node.
This is where the switch is connected to, so it's needed
for the ethernet interfaces.

Note: The driver isn't anywhere close to be upstream,
so the info might change.
