At the time of writing the patch, I wasn't aware that it's possible to switch info failsafe after boot (factory reset). Enabling the failsafe led without disabling the running led causes an unexpected led colour on devices using a single multicolour led to indicate the boot state. If there is a property "append-rootblock" in DT under /chosen and a root= option in bootloaders command line it will be parsed and added to DT bootargs with the form: <append-rootblock>XX. Only command line ATAG will be processed, the rest of the ATAGs sent by bootloader will be ignored.
