The cortex53 subtarget was missing multiple config options and the other
targets just defined some options which are not needed.

Build cortexa7 subtarget with DSA driver for MDIO-connected Broadcom
BCM53xxx switches. This is needed for the Lamobo R1 aka. BananaPi
BPi-R1 board which comes with such a switch IC.
Remove old swconfig driver from target kernel config as the only board
using it is now supported by the DSA driver.
No changes to device tree are needed as upstream DTS already got a
DSA switch definition and we are just using that upstream source.
Update default network config of the Lamobo R1 to create lan bridge
with all 4 lan ports.
Introduce DEVICE_COMPAT_VERSION for the board to inform users about
having the re-create their network configuration and add device alias
as Bananapi BPi-R1 while at it.

can' work. So, need enable MUSB support on this target.

We use 5.4 on all targets by default, and 4.19 has never been released
in a stable version. There is no reason to keep it.

This target was switched to kernel 4.19 more than 6 months ago in commit
f342ffd300da ("treewide: kernel: bump some targets to 4.19") and now
with kernel 5.4 support being added it gets harder to support kernel
4.14 in addition to kernel 4.19 and 5.4.

CONFIG_PINCTRL_SUN4I_A10 controls both the A10 and the A20 enablong of
the pinctrl driver, this is necessary since upstream commit

support to A10 driver") which has been included in v4.13 and onwards.

the configuration were copied from the kernel 4.14 patches folder and
adapted for kernel 4.19.

CONFIG_SUN4I_A10_CCU controls both the A10 and the A20 enabling of the
CCU (LCCF) driver, this will be necessary once we move beyond kernel
4.14 because 4.15 has commit f18698e1c66338b902de386e4ad97b8b1b9d999d
("ARM: dts: sun7i: Convert to CCU") which requires this driver.

This adds support for the GMAC which is use in the A64 and other
Allwinner chips by backporting the changes from the kernel versions
4.13.
Some commits are not backported which are adding support for newly
introduced APIs which are not available in kernel 4.9.
