* ramips: convert mtd-mac-address to nvmem implementationAnsuel Smith2021-07-191-1/+12
| | | | | | | Define nvmem-cells and convert mtd-mac-address to nvmem implementation. The conversion is done with an automated script. Signed-off-by: Ansuel Smith <ansuelsmth@gmail.com>
* ramips: increase SPI frequency for HIWIFI HC5x61 devicesShiji Yang2021-03-211-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | HIWIFI HC5x61 devices support high speed spi clock up to 100+ MHz. So set spi frequency to 80 MHz here (Due to frequency division the real clock is 48 MHz). I have tested HC5661 and it can run well in OpenWrt v19.07. * ramips: improve GPIO pin control for HC5x61Shiji Yang2021-03-191-22/+0
| | | | | | | | HC5661 does not have USB port, remove usb power control pin. HC5x61 do not have LAN LEDs, remove ethernet LED control pin. Only HC5861 has PA in 2.4G channel. Signed-off-by: Shiji Yang <yangshiji66@qq.com>
* ramips: fix partition layout of hiwifi hc5x61Shiji Yang2021-03-011-5/+5
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Changes: * Increase "oem" partition size from 0x10000 to 0x20000 * Correct partition lables, synchronize with official firmware Evidence: It should be the same as hiwifi hc5x61a and the fact indeed the case. Here is part of dmesg boot log read from official firmware: [ 1.470000] Creating 7 MTD partitions on "raspi": [ 1.470000] 0x000000000000-0x000000030000 : "u-boot" [ 1.480000] 0x000000030000-0x000000040000 : "hw_panic" [ 1.490000] 0x000000040000-0x000000050000 : "Factory" [ 1.490000] 0x000000fc0000-0x000000fe0000 : "oem" [ 1.500000] 0x000000fe0000-0x000000ff0000 : "bdinfo" [ 1.510000] 0x000000ff0000-0x000001000000 : "backup" [ 1.510000] 0x000000050000-0x000000fc0000 : "firmware" Signed-off-by: Shiji Yang <yangshiji66@qq.com>
* ramips: do not enable unused GPIO controllersAdrian Schmutzler2020-12-171-4/+0
| | | | | | | | Several devices enable GPIO controllers not used in the DTS files. Drop them. Signed-off-by: Adrian Schmutzler <freifunk@adrianschmutzler.de>
* ramips: drop redundant status for gpio/gpio0Adrian Schmutzler2020-12-041-4/+0
| | | | | | | | | | The first gpio controller (gpio or gpio0) is always enabled by default in the SoC DTSI files. No need to set status=okay in the device DTS files a second time. Remove the redundant statements. Signed-off-by: Adrian Schmutzler <freifunk@adrianschmutzler.de>
* ramips: mt7620: tidy up ethernet node in DTS filesAdrian Schmutzler2020-05-171-0/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | This tidies up the ethernet node in mt7620 DTS files by: - removing unnecessary status as it is not disabled - reordering properties consistently - adding empty lines to enhance readability This should make comparison and reviewing new PRs based on C/P easier. Signed-off-by: Adrian Schmutzler <freifunk@adrianschmutzler.de>
* ramips: dts: use generic node name for flashSungbo Eo2020-05-091-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | In DTS Checklist[1] we're now demanding proper generic node names, as the name of a node should reflect the function of the device and use generic name for that[2]. Everybody seems to be copy&pasting from DTS files available in the repository today, so let's unify that naming there as well and provide proper examples. While at it, remove unused m25p80 label. Tested on rt5350 (for spi-nor) and rt3662 (for cfi-flash). 1. https://openwrt.org/submitting-patches#dts_checklist 2. https://github.com/devicetree-org/devicetree-specification/blob/master/source/devicetree-basics.rst#generic-names-recommendation Signed-off-by: Sungbo Eo <mans0n@gorani.run>
* ramips: use hex notation for *-mtd-eeprom propertySungbo Eo2020-05-081-1/+1
| | | | | | | Change "0" to "0x0" for consistency. This is an extension of commit 34abfb6e91d1 ("ramips: convert mediatek,mtd-eeprom from decimal to hex notation"). Signed-off-by: Sungbo Eo <mans0n@gorani.run>
* ramips: replace pinctrl property namesChuanhong Guo2020-04-121-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Upstream pinctrl driver in drivers/staging uses groups/function/ralink,num-gpios instead of ralink,group/ralink,function/ralink,nr-gpio Replace these properties in dts as well as the pinctrl driver in patches-4.14. This commit is created using: sed -i 's/ralink,group/groups/g' sed -i 's/ralink,function/function/g' sed -i 's/ralink,nr-gpio/ralink,num-gpios/g' Signed-off-by: Chuanhong Guo <gch981213@gmail.com>
* ramips: simplify state_default/pinctrl0 in device DTS filesAdrian Schmutzler2019-12-231-6/+4
| | | | | | | | | The node pinctrl0 is already set up in the SOC DTSI files, but defined again as member of pinctrl in most of the device DTS(I) files. This patch removes this redundancy for the entire ramips target. Signed-off-by: Adrian Schmutzler <freifunk@adrianschmutzler.de>
* ramips/mt762x: convert devices to interrupt-driven gpio-keysAdrian Schmutzler2019-10-211-2/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | This converts all remaining devices to use interrupt-driven gpio-keys compatible instead of gpio-keys-polled. The poll-interval is removed. While at it, add/remove newlines in keys and leds node where necessary. Signed-off-by: Adrian Schmutzler <freifunk@adrianschmutzler.de>
* ramips/mt7620: Name DTS files based on schemeAdrian Schmutzler2019-07-101-0/+136
As introduced with ath79, DTS files for ramips will now be labelled soc_vendor_device.dts(i). With this change, DTS files can be selected automatically without further manual links. Signed-off-by: Adrian Schmutzler <freifunk@adrianschmutzler.de>
