All targets are bumped to 5.15. Remove the old 5.10 patches, configs
and files using:
find target/linux -iname '*-5.10' -exec rm -r {} \;
Further, remove the 5.10 include.

Enable and fix hardware buffer management. Also fix the IRQ storm caused by a
misconfiguration of the PCA9538 interrupt pin.
