* mcs814x: Remove unmaintained targetHauke Mehrtens2019-05-034-81/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | This target only supports kernel 3.18, which is not supported in OpenWrt any more for multiple releases. It also looks like there is no active maintainer for this target. Remove the code and all the packages which are only used by this target. To add this target to OpenWrt again port it to a recent and supported kernel version. Signed-off-by: Hauke Mehrtens <hauke@hauke-m.de>
* treewide: drop target board_name functionsMathias Kresin2017-07-151-9/+0
| | | | | | They are not used any longer. Signed-off-by: Mathias Kresin <dev@kresin.me>
* treewide: use the generic board_name functionMathias Kresin2017-07-151-2/+1
| | | | | | Use the generic function instead ot the target specific ones. Signed-off-by: Mathias Kresin <dev@kresin.me>
* treewide: populate boardname and model earlierMathias Kresin2017-07-151-0/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | For targets using the generic board detection and board specific settings in diag.sh, the board name is still unset at the time the set_state() provided by diag.sh is called by 10_indicate_preinit. Change the execution order to ensure the boardname is populated before required the first time. Do the target specific board detection as early as possible, directly followed by the generic one to allow a seamless switch to the generic function for populating /tmp/sysinfo/. * add Moschip MSC814x supportFlorian Fainelli2012-06-193-0/+96
This target currently only supports Moschip's MCS8140 SoC, but support for other chips in the same family (MCS8142, MCS8144) will be easy to add. Target support is entirely using Device Tree for probing peripherals. Drivers support include: - PCI - USB 1 & 2 - watchdog - random number generator - UART - timer - internal Ethernet PHY - Ethernet MAC core Support for the following boards is included using Device Tree - Devolo dLAN USB Extender - Tigal RBT-832 SVN-Revision: 32462
