The new option CONFIG_CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_PERFORMANCE was added, in this
commit:

Handle it by setting it to the opposite value
CONFIG_CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE is set to.

space usage matters.

The Gateworks Ventana family uses an emulated Dallas 1672
RTC device.

Otherwise if we use ds1307 as kernel module, hctosys fails as ds1307 is
being initialized later then hctosys:

commit a2386c384da501e862210f222994821580fe151c requires the
module to be static in the kernel.
So lets actually add support for it inside the kernel config.
Tested on Ventana
