All targets are bumped to 5.15. Remove the old 5.10 patches, configs
and files using:
find target/linux -iname '*-5.10' -exec rm -r {} \;
Further, remove the 5.10 include.

These USB IDs appear in the 5.15 stable kernel series but not the 5.10
stable series.
