As the upcoming release will be based on Linux 5.10 only, remove all
kernel configuration as well as patches for Linux 5.4.
There were no targets still actively using Linux 5.4.

Build system: x86_64
Build-tested: ipq806x/R7800
Run-tested: ipq806x/R7800 [only 5.4.107]
No dmesg regressions, everything functional

Upstream driver supports bridging ports. There is no support for
crossbar setup or CPU port(s) yet.
