The 5.15 kernel has new interesting features like MGLRU. Most of the
targets already have added support for testing kernel 5.15 since April
2022. Set 5.15 as default for all subtargets.
Testing support was added here:
- ae6bfb7d67c1 ("ath79: tiny: add 5.15 support for tiny subtarget")
- 9a0155bc4fa3 ("ath79: add 5.15 support for generic subtarget")
- 5af9aafabbc0 ("ath79: mikrotik: add 5.15 support for mikrotik subtarget")
- f3fa68e5153b ("ath79: nand: add 5.15 support for nand subtarget")
Tested on:
- Nanostation M5 XM (tiny)
- TP-Link EAP-225 Outdoor (generic)
- TP-Link CPE210 (generic)

Kernel 5.10 is used by many people since quite a while. With other
targets already moved to 5.10, let ath79 follow suit.

All subtargets have the same testing kernel set, so move it to the

Tested-on:
- Siemens WS-AP3610
- Enterasys WS-AP3710
- Aerohive HiveAP 121
- TP-Link TL-WA901 v2
- TP-Link TL-WR741 v1

The legacy ar71xx target is removed and multiple targets use DTS now, so
there is no need to point that out for ATH79 specifically.

This commit creates the ath79/mikrotik subtarget in order to support
MikroTik devices based on Qualcomm Atheros MIPS SoCs.
MikroTik devices need a couple of specific features: the split MiNOR
firmware MTD format, which is not used by other devices, and the 4k
sector erase size on SPI NOR storage, which can not be added to the
ath79/generic and ath79/nand subtargets now.
Additionally, the commit moves the two MikroTik devices already in
the generic and nand subtargets to this new one.
Tested on the RB922 board and the wAP AC router.

* Sync the patches with the changes done for kernel 4.19
* Use KERNEL_TESTING_PATCHVER
* Refresh the configuration
* Fix multiple compile bugs in the patches
* Only add own ag71xx files for kernel 4.19 and use upstream version for
5.4.

Remove the source-only flag from ath79, its supposed to replace ar71xx after next stable release but buildbots are not currently generating images for it.
So in order to expand testing as much as possible and prepare for moving to ath79 lets enable the buildbots to actually build the target.

This target aims to replace ar71xx mid-term. The big part that is still
missing is making the MMIO/AHB wifi work using OF. NAND and mikrotik
subtargets will follow.
