* ath25: fix preinit Ethernet port configurationSergey Ryazanov2020-09-101-7/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | vconfig is no more installed by default to a firmware image. So, replace vconfig calls for VLAN subinterface configuration by coresponding ip-link commands. Also drop few useless comments from the preinit hook script, while we are at it. I have no chance to test this fix since I have no board with a subject switch IC, but this is still better then call an utility that is unavailable in the firmware for years. * ath25: add back target supportAdrian Schmutzler2020-09-064-0/+151
| | | | | | | | | | | | Discussion on the mailing list reveals that this target has active users. As we are finally able to upgrade this target to kernel 5.4, add it back to master. This reverts commit 7d29a5571403 ("ath25: drop target") and immediately moves the relevant files to 5.4, without touching the content. Signed-off-by: Adrian Schmutzler <freifunk@adrianschmutzler.de>
* ath25: drop targetAdrian Schmutzler2020-09-024-151/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | This target still only works with kernel 4.14, and not so recent attempts of getting newer kernel versions supported did not lead to success. Therefore, drop the target, as we are already two LTS kernel versions ahead and it does not seem like anybody will pick up the work. * target: replace remaining occurrences of ifconfig with ipAdrian Schmutzler2020-08-031-4/+5
| | | | | | | | | | | ifconfig is effectively deprecated for quite some time now. Let's replace the remaining occurrences for our target setup by the corresponding ip commands now. Note that this does not touch ar71xx, as it will be dropped anyway, and changing it would only make backports harder. Signed-off-by: Adrian Schmutzler <freifunk@adrianschmutzler.de>
* treewide: drop shebang from non-executable target filesAdrian Schmutzler2020-06-161-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | This drops the shebang from all target files for /lib and /etc/uci-defaults folders, as these are sourced and the shebang is useless. While at it, fix the executable flag on a few of these files. This does not touch ar71xx, as this target is just used for backporting now and applying cosmetic changes would just complicate things. * treewide: sysupgrade: use $UPGRADE_BACKUP to check for backupRafał Miłecki2019-09-111-1/+1
| | | | | | | Now that $UPGRADE_BACKUP is set conditionally there is no need to check the $UPGRADE_OPT_SAVE_CONFIG anymore. All conditions can be simplified. Signed-off-by: Rafał Miłecki <rafal@milecki.pl>
* treewide: use new procd sysupgrade $UPGRADE_BACKUP variableRafał Miłecki2019-09-051-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | It's a variable set by procd that should replace hardcoded /tmp/sysupgrade.tgz. This change requires the most recent procd with the commit 0f3c136 ("sysupgrade: set UPGRADE_BACKUP env variable"). Signed-off-by: Rafał Miłecki <rafal@milecki.pl>
* treewide: fix invalid UPGRADE_OPT_SAVE_CONFIG spellingsRafał Miłecki2019-09-051-1/+1
| | | | | | | That was a result of accidentally running "sed" twice on some files. Fixes: 5797fe84a3b5 ("treewide: replace remaining (not working now) $SAVE_CONFIG uses") Signed-off-by: Rafał Miłecki <rafal@milecki.pl>

* ath25: remove target specific /etc/config/systemJo-Philipp Wich2016-06-081-9/+0
| | | | | | | The system config file shipped by ath25 is now equivalent to the generic one in base files, so drop the target specific copy. Signed-off-by: Jo-Philipp Wich <jo@mein.io>
* ath25: drop target specific button hotplugJo-Philipp Wich2016-06-082-38/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | The ath25 target has its own unique button action config support, which is not used anywhere except for two example logger statements in UCI. Since there is a generic /etc/rc.button facility since some time already there is no reason at all to keep this target specific mechanism anymore, so simply drop it. * all: drop old uci-defaults.shJo-Philipp Wich2015-12-112-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | Replace former uci-defaults.sh implementation with the uci-defaults-new.sh one and update all users accordingly. Signed-off-by: Jo-Philipp Wich <jow@openwrt.org> SVN-Revision: 47867
