* at91: drop /etc/config/firewallPaul Spooren2022-01-151-6/+0
| | | | | | | | | | The file can't be part of base files or the base-files and firewall packages collide. Two packages must not provide the same config files without having a defined CONFLICT since it would result in an undeterministic config state depending on what package is installed last. * treewide: remove execute bit and shebang from board.d filesAdrian Schmutzler2021-03-061-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | So far, board.d files were having execute bit set and contained a shebang. However, they are just sourced in board_detect, with an apparantly unnecessary check for execute permission beforehand. Replace this check by one for existance and make the board.d files "normal" files, as would be expected in /etc anyway. Note: This removes an apparantly unused '#!/bin/sh /etc/rc.common' in target/linux/bcm47xx/base-files/etc/board.d/01_network Signed-off-by: Adrian Schmutzler <freifunk@adrianschmutzler.de>
* at91: introduce vendor_model scheme and drop board namesAdrian Schmutzler2020-08-253-100/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | This introduces the vendor_model scheme to this target in order to harmonize device names within the target and with the rest of OpenWrt. In addition, custom board names are dropped in favor of the generic script which takes the compatible. Use the SUPPORTED_DEVICES variable to store the compatible where it deviates from the device name, so we can use it in build recipes. While at it, harmonize a few indents as well. * treewide: drop shebang from non-executable target filesAdrian Schmutzler2020-06-162-3/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | This drops the shebang from all target files for /lib and /etc/uci-defaults folders, as these are sourced and the shebang is useless. While at it, fix the executable flag on a few of these files. This does not touch ar71xx, as this target is just used for backporting now and applying cosmetic changes would just complicate things. * treewide: use the generic board_name functionMathias Kresin2017-07-151-2/+1
| | | | | | Use the generic function instead ot the target specific ones. Signed-off-by: Mathias Kresin <dev@kresin.me>
* treewide: populate boardname and model earlierMathias Kresin2017-07-151-0/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | For targets using the generic board detection and board specific settings in diag.sh, the board name is still unset at the time the set_state() provided by diag.sh is called by 10_indicate_preinit. Change the execution order to ensure the boardname is populated before required the first time. Do the target specific board detection as early as possible, directly followed by the generic one to allow a seamless switch to the generic function for populating /tmp/sysinfo/.
