Also bump the copyright year in the Makefile, remove a redundant maintainer entry and fix the shell processing of the keepalive option when the two- value syntax is used. The function checks whether all required modules are already loaded, before actually loading them. It seems that the filter being used to accomplish this, is not restrictive enough in some cases. For instance when pptp nat helper modules are present on a system, and already loaded before a pptp connection is enabled.
