| | | | | | | | This fix allows trigger a rerun of Build/Configure when rpcapd was selected. Signed-off-by: Jianhui Zhao <zhaojh329@gmail.com> (cherry picked from commit 6902af4f3075154b5d1de207452a8a5668f95203)

* libpcap: add rpcapd as packageStephan Schmidtmer2021-08-081-1/+20
| | | | | | | | | | | | This enables building of rpcapd and adds it as a package. It is a daemon that allows remote packet capturing from another machine. E.g. Wireshark can talk to it using the Remote Capture Protocol (RPCAP). https://www.tcpdump.org/manpages/rpcapd.8.html Compile and run tested: OpenWrt SNAPSHOT r17190-2801fe6132 on x86/64 Signed-off-by: Stephan Schmidtmer <hurz@gmx.org>
* treewide: remove BUILD_PARALLEL from CMake packagesRosen Penev2021-06-191-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | It's already default. The only exception is mt76 which has Ninja disabled. Found with: git grep BUILD_PARALLEL | cut -d ':' -f 1 | sort -u > par git grep cmake.mk | cut -d ':' -f 1 > cmake comm -1 -2 par cmake Signed-off-by: Rosen Penev <rosenp@gmail.com>
* libpcap: update to 1.10.0Rosen Penev2021-03-017-109/+73
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Simplify cmake option handling by putting everything in blocks. Add openssl patch as there's no easy way to disable. Rebase the skip manpages patch. Remove the monitor mode patch as it no longer applies. Remove flex patch as normal Makefile is no longer used. Remove USB path patch. While it is deprecated, the codepath is never taken. /sys/bus/usb/devices is checked before hand. If it exists, the function does stuff and returns. Additionally, this path is used elsewhere in the code. Refresh other patches. Signed-off-by: Rosen Penev <rosenp@gmail.com>
* libpcap: fix pcap-configRosen Penev2020-12-221-2/+10
| | | | | | | | | | | | | pcap-config as installed is using OS paths instead of OpenWrt ones. Take fix from libpng and adjust as needed. This problem seems to occur on Arch Linux and not on Debian/Fedora based distros. No idea why. Remove CMAKE_INSTALL as there is now an InstallDev section. Signed-off-by: Rosen Penev <rosenp@gmail.com>
* libpcap: activate PIE ASLR by defaultStijn Tintel2020-03-011-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | This activates PIE ASLR support by default when the regular option is selected. This is required to enable PIE ASLR support by default in ppp, as it fails to build without it, on x86/64. The .so file size stays identical. Suggested-by: Felix Fietkau <nbd@nbd.name> Signed-off-by: Stijn Tintel <stijn@linux-ipv6.be>

| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The main motivation is to drop and stop maintaining "100-debian_shared_lib.patch". * libpcap: patch to add limits.h to pcap-usb-linux.cEneas U de Queiroz2018-09-101-0/+22
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | The sender domain has a DMARC Reject/Quarantine policy which disallows sending mailing list messages using the original "From" header. To mitigate this problem, the original message has been wrapped automatically by the mailing list software. This is an upstream-applied patch that fixes 'PATH_MAX' and 'NAME_MAX' undeclared when compiling on musl with CONFIG_PCAP_HAS_USB. [aafa351] pcap-usb-linux.c: add missing limits.h for musl systems. * libpcap: fix dependency of install-shared-so make targetMatthias Schiffer2016-07-211-16/+20
| | | | | | | | | | | | | There seems to be a situation in which a rebuild of libpcap.so is triggered in the install step of the libpcap Makefile. libpcap.so is the wrong target, leading to the build failure reported in [1]. Fix the dependency of install-shared-so to $(SHAREDLIB) so the build can succeed in this case. * Add more license tags with SPDX identifiersJohn Crispin2014-11-031-0/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Note, that licensing stuff is a nightmare: many packages does not clearly state their licenses, and often multiple source files are simply copied together - each with different licensing information in the file headers. I tried hard to ensure, that the license information extracted into the OpenWRT's makefiles fit the "spirit" of the packages, e.g. such small packages which come without a dedicated source archive "inherites" the OpenWRT's own license in my opinion. However, I can not garantee that I always picked the correct information and/or did not miss license information. Signed-off-by: Michael Heimpold <mhei@heimpold.de> SVN-Revision: 43155
