* cryptodev-linux: change home-page URLPaul Donald2024-11-281-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | Most links and info on the org page are broken or defunct, and all new versions are available on the github based repo anyway. Signed-off-by: Paul Donald <newtwen+github@gmail.com> Link: https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/pull/16910 Signed-off-by: Christian Marangi <ansuelsmth@gmail.com> (cherry picked from commit ce0b843ac7d27e124cb9ca13e9a1aeb115fcaf23) Link: https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/pull/17097 Signed-off-by: Petr Štetiar <ynezz@true.cz>
* cryptodev-linux: give a coherent descriptionPaul Donald2024-11-281-2/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | For the last ten years, nobody has noticed that this driver doesn't actually say what it is for. ;) Signed-off-by: Paul Donald <newtwen+github@gmail.com> Link: https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/pull/16910 Signed-off-by: Christian Marangi <ansuelsmth@gmail.com> (cherry picked from commit 3df5966f9453ecefcabc893f6449c8c4f1054aef) Link: https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/pull/17097 Signed-off-by: Petr Štetiar <ynezz@true.cz>
* packages: refresh patchesRosen Penev2024-05-314-15/+5
| | | | | | CI is supposed to catch all of these. Some of these predate CI. Signed-off-by: Rosen Penev <rosenp@gmail.com>
* cryptodev: follow kernel.mk versioningPaul Spooren2024-04-031-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | Instead of redefining the version schema in cryptodev, use the one automatically defined via `kernel.mk`. Specifically this changes the version from <kernel>+<package> to <kernel>.<package> and thereby making it compatible with APK. Signed-off-by: Paul Spooren <mail@aparcar.org>
* cryptodev-linux: update to 1.13Weijie Gao2024-03-065-2/+172

* treewide: replace AUTORELEASE with real PKG_RELEASETianling Shen2023-05-181-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Based on Paul Fertser <fercerpav@gmail.com>'s guidance: Change AUTORELEASE in rules.mk to: ``` AUTORELEASE = $(if $(DUMP),0,$(shell sed -i "s/\$$(AUTORELEASE)/$(call commitcount,1)/" $(CURDIR)/Makefile)) ``` then update all affected packages by: ``` for i in $(git grep -l PKG_RELEASE:=.*AUTORELEASE | sed 's^.*/\([^/]*\)/Makefile^\1^';); do make package/$i/clean done ``` Signed-off-by: Tianling Shen <cnsztl@immortalwrt.org>
* cryptodev-linux: update to 1.12Rosen Penev2021-09-292-35/+3
| | | | | | | | Remove upstream backport. Use AUTORELEASE for simplicity. Signed-off-by: Rosen Penev <rosenp@gmail.com>
* cryptodev-linux: bump to 1.11, fix build against kernel 5.10.Stijn Segers2021-01-013-53/+35
| | | | | | | This patch bumps cryptodev-linux to the latest stable release (1.11) and fixes compilation against the next LTS (and likely OpenWrt) kernel 5.10. Signed-off-by: Stijn Segers <foss@volatilesystems.org>
* cryptodev-linux: Fix error when compiling with 5.4 kernelJeffery To2020-03-182-1/+51
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Currently, cryptodev-linux fails to compile with a '"crypto_givcipher_type" undefined' error for targets on the 5.4 kernel, e.g. armvirt[1]. This backports an upstream patch[2] that fixes this error. * cryptodev-linux: remove DEFAULT redefinitionEneas U de Queiroz2020-01-151-1/+0
| | | | | | | | The 'DEFAULT:=m if ALL' line prevents the phase1 buildbots from building the package, and users from downloading it, since they use 'ALL_KMODS=y' but 'ALL' is not set. Signed-off-by: Eneas U de Queiroz <cotequeiroz@gmail.com>

The sender domain has a DMARC Reject/Quarantine policy which disallows sending mailing list messages using the original "From" header. To mitigate this problem, the original message has been wrapped automatically by the mailing list software. This is actually a build dependency for /dev/crypto support in openssl. Since it is a kernel module, it belongs here anyway. - Removed Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos as maintainer. - Streamlined make flags Signed-off-by: Eneas U de Queiroz <cote2004-github@yahoo.com>
