kernel: update kernel 4.9 to version 4.9.91
* Refreshed patches.
* Deleted 210-Revert-led-core-Fix-brightness-setting-when-setting-.patch (was accepted upstream)
* Deleted 812-pci-dwc-fix-enumeration.patch (was accepted upstream)
Compile and run tested on lantiq
