ramips: use WiFi LED DT triggers for TP-Link RE650 v1
This moves WiFi LED triggers from 01_leds to device tree. While at it, convert the labels there to lower case; this is more commonly used and the change will actually remove competition between DT trigger and leftover uci config on already installed systems.
