mediatek: mt7623: backport musb, improve HDMI console

Backport support for dual-role USB 2.0 as that's what is actually
built-into MT7623.
Improve HDMI console by enabling VT and setting up tty1..tty6.
Re-add accidentally removed CONFIG_ARM_ARCH_TIMER.
