ipq806x: add ipq806x specific tsens driver
Current upstream driver doesnt fully support ipq806x devices
ipq806x has 11 sensors, the upstream one doesn't allow to check
sensors 0-4, only 5-10.
A specific driver for ipq806x has been found in Qualcomm SDK repo.
