kernel: replace a ubifs patch by upstream commit

A modified version of 552-ubifs-respect-silent-mount-flag.patch has
been merged upstream. Replace the patch in OpenWrt with the version
which has been merged.

+Subject: UBIFS: respect MS_SILENT mount flag
 
 When attempting to mount a non-ubifs formatted volume, lots of error
 messages (including a stack dump) are thrown to the kernel log even if
 the MS_SILENT mount flag is set.
