ath79: fix UBNT Aircube AC gpios
GPIOs on the Aircube AC are wrong:
- Reset GPIO moved from 17 to 12
- PoE Pass Through GPIO for Aircube AC is 3
Fixes: 491ae3357e10 ("ath79: add support for Ubiquiti airCube AC")
