kernel: add driver package for WS2812B LEDs
Two WS2812B (NeoPixel) clones are used in Xiaomi Redmi AX6000 as indicator lights. Add a driver for controlling it using SPI MOSI. Signed-off-by: Chuanhong Guo <gch981213@gmail.com>
