kernel: enable CRASH_DUMP on supported platforms
While we have CRASHLOG on MIPS it makes sense to support 'classic' kexec-based CRASH_DUMP on x86 and arm platforms. Signed-off-by: Daniel Golle <daniel@makrotopia.org>
