Especially in Freifunk mesh networks the olsr routing as effected by this, as only the lowest mcast_rate was used, even when uci ncast_rate was set to something else. With this patch stability of USB1.1 full-speed devices, connected directly to AR9331 host port (no USB2.0 hub) is improved.
