 Fix pattern stuff

Speed up plpnfsd.
getty-style locking of the serial-line in a manner that it can be
used with other devices/programs without stopping/starting ncpd
all the time.

Sisinstall:
 - Use rpm-style arguments.
 - Check requisite records.
 - Check file crc.
 - Create a unique name of the residual sis file, if
   the provided name already exists.
