Subject: IDOBO Keyboard Support (75Keys Aluminum Keyboard) (#4401)

* initial commit

* put my name everywhere

* get the switch matrix correct

* add a basic keymap

* use a better LAYOUT macro

* update readme

* Add QMK Configurator support
